Terms and Conditions

This project is not for profit. We do not act as agents and the works are not for sale. Copyright of the works remain with the artist, however, we will host a database of the works selected and these may be shown in the future under the designation of the 'Cf' project (Jeanette Doyle and The Graduate School for Creative Arts and Media, Dublin, Ireland.)

'Cf' reserves the right to exclude or withdraw any proposal that may expose 'Cf' or associated organizations to the risk of legal proceedings. Copyright remains the property of the artist. By making proposals via the online application process you confirm that you hold all intellectual property rights in the application and that it will not infringe the copyright or any other intellectual property rights of any person. By making an application you confirm that you have obtained prior written approval for the use in your proposed work of any copyright or other intellectual property rights of any third party that is included in your proposed work. By making an an application you agree that if selected any images of your proposed work and any accompanying materials you submit may be used by 'Cf' and associated organizations, without payment of any fee or royalty, for the production and promotion of 'Cf'  including websites, publications and promotional materials. By making an application you hereby grant 'Cf' and associated organizations a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty free, irrevocable license, to use, reproduce, modify, edit, publish and distribute your submitted work for archival, educational, publicity, website, press and signage purposes, including through use of mobile applications and social networking sites. Online application materials will not be returned to artists. Digital files will be stored as part of the 'Cf' resource for future Curators and researchers. By making this application you are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by them. If you are under the age of 18, you confirm that your parent or guardian has consented to your participation in this application process in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. You confirm that 'Cf' and associated organizations may process any personal data you provide to organize and select 'Cf'  and for each of the purposes for which your work may be used, as outlined above. You confirm that 'Cf' and the associated organizations shall have no liability whatsoever for any losses or costs incurred by you, or liability arising from, the application of your work and entry into the submission process, including any loss of your work by 'Cf' or any failure of 'Cf' to be able to process your work because of technical issues. The 'Cf' project will hold data provided by entrants for the project. This information will be used solely in conjunction with your submission to the 'Cf' project. If your work is selected your personal data will be transferred to an archive for the Graduate School of Creative Arts and Media in Dublin.
